The TK3 & TK1 Buildings Works project consisted in civil, mechanical, and electrical works. Scope of work involves the readjustment and construction of utilities system (Coolant, Gas, Compressed Air, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Lubricant), exhaust ductwork system, concrete pads for air compressors relocation and oil tanks, air compressor system relocation, and a new dock leveler for the Thermo King plant, as result of a tornado impact.
