This project consists of demolition & construction of a new cleanroom. All existing mechanical & electrical utilities are going to be demolished. We self-performed all electrical, mechanical works, & plumbing work. The installation of new MCC, panelboards, lighting fixtures, power & special systems rough-in are part of our scope. Also, the installation of AHU’s chilled water pipes, steam pipes, compressed air, vacuum system; equipment such as heat transfer packages, vacuum skid, exhaust fans, bathroom equipment and medical devices equipment.
