IKEA New Showroom - Santa Rosa Mall project consisted in the plumbing works of a new three (3) story store with an approximated area of 264,000 sq. ft. This store is the first IKEA showroom in Puerto Rico. The works performed were potable water with water booster system, sanitary and storm drain with sewage and pluvial pumps system, A/C condensate drain, and water heaters.
